This local commercial plaza for multiple tenant occupancies was conceived to visually draw upon some of the local historic vernacular architectural detailing of buildings in and around Ellenville, NY. Standard frame construction with slab on grade, articulated dormer gables with exposed truss detailing and covered canopy with masonry veneers are just some of the features which set this project apart from more generic 'mini-mall' type structures.
